SIA RE Holdings is the controller of the personal data described in this notice, both on this website and in our business outreach. This notice is provided in English for everyone.

If we contacted you

We contact owners and managers of staffing and recruitment agencies by email and phone, in their business role only. This part explains how we handle your details.

What we hold. Your name, job title, business email address and business phone number, plus public details about your company, such as its name, address, sector and the jobs it advertises.

Where it comes from. Public sources: your company's website and job ads, Companies House records (through the company database Endole), and the email-finding and verification service Hunter.io. Before we call a UK number, we check it against the Telephone Preference Service and the Corporate Telephone Preference Service.

Why, and on what legal basis. To offer our services to businesses that may benefit from them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our services to businesses. We have weighed it against your interests, and we keep our contact relevant, limited and easy to stop.

Who handles it for us. Microsoft (email), Pipedrive (our CRM), CloudTalk (our business phone system), Hunter.io (email verification), Data Soap (phone-number screening) and the email-deliverability tools we use to run our mailboxes. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; we tell you at the start of the call.

How long we keep it. Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address and phone number on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again.

How to stop it. You can object at any time, and we stop straight away. Reply to any of our emails, or write to [email protected].

This website

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (IP address, request metadata) in server logs for security and delivery — legal basis: legitimate interest. Aggregate, cookieless visit statistics contain no personal data.

Booking a call. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. When you book, the details you enter (name, email, your answers) are processed by Cal.com on our behalf to schedule the meeting and send the invitation and reminders — legal basis: steps taken prior to entering a contract.

Usage analytics — only with your consent. With your consent we load Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays so we can improve the page. Typed input is masked. You can change your choice at any time under “Privacy & imprint” at the bottom of ambergaard.com.

Email. If you write to us, we process your message in order to reply.

Keeping and transferring data

Booking data is kept as long as needed for the engagement and statutory record-keeping. Analytics data follows the vendor's standard retention. Outreach data is kept as described above. Where vendors process data outside the EEA, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest — write to the address above. You can object to direct marketing at any time, and we will stop.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv) or, if you are in the UK, with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
